In-progress dress front.

Green velvet burnout flatlined to silk. Center front is gathered to twill tape before construction.
Fur cuff flatlined to canvas.​
The dress was constructed with a walking foot to accommodate the velvet burnout and silk.​
The dress is completed with two rectangles gathered at the top and draped down the center, shown deconstructed below.
​
The final touch was heat-set rhinestones dispersing from the neckline and down center front.
