1930's Bias Dress for classwork

This project follows the design of the blue dress below, with the back view in the lower left corner.

Inspired by Madeleine Vionnet, the bias dress is draped and mocked-up in half-scale.
The dress is finished at the hem and sleeve flounces with a narrow zigzag over a folded edge.
With the deep back neckline, it includes no closures and can be put on over the head.
